Emerging Leaders

The Emerging Leaders Program provides development and learning opportunities for aspiring leaders and young professionals in the customer-owned banking sector. Events and initiatives run throughout the year include: mentoring programs with sector CEOs and leaders, networking events, special program at COBA’s annual convention and global engagement opportunities with the World Youth Credit Union Professionals (WYCUP) through the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU).
